Hi, I’m Danielle

I help high-achieving women reclaim their mental clarity, energy, and confidence without hormone replacement therapy.

I'll be honest—despite being a former Stanford athlete with a Master's in Public Health from UC Berkeley and 20 years in women's health, I was completely blindsided by perimenopause.

My wake-up call came In 2017... 

At 40, I thought I had it all figured out. Then, almost overnight, my body became a stranger.  Breast tenderness so severe I couldn't hug my loved ones. Hormonal rage and mood swings that made me question my sanity.

Sleep disappeared, replaced by anxiety and crushing fatigue. That brain fog wasn't just forgetting keys—I was making errors in client spreadsheets, damaging relationships I'd spent years building.

The successful entrepreneur who once juggled multiple priorities with grace was now wondering if she was losing her mind.

 

When I finally asked for help, I was crushed.

 You might know this experience. Gathering courage to tell a doctor how much you're struggling, only to be told to "suck it up." My gynecologist said my symptoms weren't "severe enough" for hormone therapy. With my family cancer history, I wasn't a "good candidate anyway."

When fatigue left me barely functional, my primary care doctor ran one test, declared everything "normal," and dismissed it as "just stress."

I spent YEARS fighting for answers before getting my thyroid diagnosed. The prescribed medication shut my body down completely. I became so exhausted that I had to choose: make a smoothie OR take a shower. I couldn't do both.

For six weeks, my bed became my entire world. As an entrepreneur, watching my business crumble while I couldn't stay awake was terrifying.

 

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….

I discovered something life-changing: my body wasn't betraying me. It was desperately trying to tell me what it needed.

The startup hustle culture had to go. Instead of pushing through exhaustion, I started listening to my body's wisdom. I embraced rest, treated myself with compassion, and overhauled my relationship with food, movement, and stress.

 

From This Moment On, My Life Changed Forever 

Within months, sleep returned. My Oura ring showed scores above 90. Energy flowed back steadily. The brain fog that had made me question my intelligence lifted completely.

But this wasn't just about managing symptoms. I became more empowered than I'd ever been—multitasking effectively, making confident decisions, pursuing opportunities I'd been too exhausted to consider.

Last fall, I biked the grueling nine-hour Whole Enchilada trail in Moab. The woman who couldn't walk her dog was conquering mountains again.

This wasn't about getting back to who I used to be. This was about becoming who I was always meant to be.
