My Journey

As a former Stanford athlete with a MPH, I've built businesses and led organizations focused on women's health. My background combines psychology, human biology, and entrepreneurship- skills I now bring to coaching high-achieving women navigating perimenopause.

My Transformation

Despite my athletic lifestyle and health knowledge, at 40 I hit a wall of debilitating fatigue, brain fog, and anxiety. When I found myself forgetting important details and making spreadsheet mistakes, I knew something was wrong. Dismissed by doctors, I was left to "suck it up" while symptoms affected my career and confidence. 

My Expertise

This health crisis became my catalyst. I discovered that by resetting my nervous system, nurturing my body, and nourishing my brain I could reclaim my mental clarity and energy.  I pursued certifications as a Health Coach and Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine to help  women find solutions conventional medicine wasn't offering.
